Step 1: Receive Your Welcome Email
After purchasing a hosting plan from Trispark Hosting, you’ll receive a Welcome Email containing:
- Customer Portal URL: https://client.trisparkhosting.com
- Username/Email: Your registered email address.
- Password: Temporary password (you’ll reset it later).
If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
Step 2: Navigate to the Customer Portal Login Page
- Open your web browser and go to: https://client.trisparkhosting.com.
- You’ll see the Trispark Hosting login page.
Step 3: Log In to Your Account
- Enter your Email Address or Username (from the Welcome Email).
- Enter your Password (use the temporary password first).
- Click Login.
Step 4: Explore the Customer Portal Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll see the main dashboard with these key sections:
1. Services
- Manage Hosting: View active hosting plans (e.g., Shared Hosting, VPS).
- Upgrade/Downgrade: Change your hosting plan.
2. Domains
- Domain Management: View registered domains, renewals, and DNS settings.
